To get started, call 1 (877) 686-0029 or email erides@ridehirta.com and let us know the date, time, and destination of your ride. You can also download the HIRTA On Demand smartphone app available on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
To change or cancel your ride, please call us as soon as possible. If you do not cancel your ride, you will be considered a no-show and may be charged a fee. Please see our policies page for more info.

A driver will pick you up within a 20-minute window. Please plan your trip accordingly. It is important for all riders to be ready at the beginning of their 20-minute pickup window.
When your bus arrives, board the bus and pay the appropriate fare. You can also pay directly in the HIRTA On Demand app!
All passengers must be seated with their seatbelt secured. If you use a wheelchair or scooter, or need additional assistance, our drivers will make sure you are secure.
